Mr. Krishna Nistala is an engineer, strategist, and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure programs across highways, rail, metro, and urban development. He founded i2R Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in 2015 with a clear mission: to help key execution stakeholders — particularly contractors and developers — achieve greater clarity, control, and predictability in project execution through disciplined engineering, contract intelligence, and decision support.
Under his leadership, i2R has supported over 250 infrastructure projects, building a strong reputation for resolving challenges spanning disputes, delays, cost overruns, and execution bottlenecks. He is driving i2R's evolution into a tech-enabled infrastructure solutions company, leading the development of platforms such as the Contract Correspondence Management System (CCMS), Bridge Health Monitoring System (BHMS), and advanced cost-to-completion and decision-support tools, positioning i2R at the intersection of engineering expertise and digital innovation.

Dr. Hareesh Boinepelli is a senior technology leader with over 25 years of experience architecting and scaling enterprise-grade digital platforms across on-premise and cloud environments. With deep expertise in large-scale systems, product engineering, and global technology operations, he has led mission-critical platforms and high-performance engineering teams across banking, data analytics, and technology-driven enterprises.
At i2R, Dr. Boinepelli leads the company's technology strategy and product engineering initiatives through the InfraIQ Lab, translating complex infrastructure and field challenges into scalable, deployable digital solutions. He owns the architecture and engineering execution for platforms including CCMS, BHMS, and digital project management tools for infrastructure execution, establishing enterprise-grade standards for security, performance, reliability, and scalability, while building teams capable of delivering robust, market-ready products for owners, engineers, contractors, and developers.
Mr. Ramlal Chunduri
Director – Contracts & Project Delivery
Mr. Ramlal brings over 30 years of experience in infrastructure consulting, contract management, and execution oversight across India, Oman, and the UAE. A structural engineer by training with advanced qualifications in project management and alternative dispute resolution, he has led major assignments in highways, expressways, bridges, and complex, multi-stakeholder infrastructure programs.
Before joining i2R in 2018, he held senior leadership roles at global consulting firms including Parsons and Egis, serving as Regional Director, General Manager (Contracts), and Resident Engineer on marquee projects. At i2R, Mr. Ramlal plays a pivotal role in strengthening project delivery discipline, contract governance, and claims management, bringing deep field insight and contractual rigor to support contractors and developers in achieving successful and defensible project outcomes.
Mr. Srinivasa Sarma Bhallamudi
Director – Rail & Metro Systems
Mr. Srinivasa Sarma brings over 32 years of experience in Indian Railways and Metro Rail systems, including more than 20 years dedicated to MRTS and metro projects across India. A transportation engineer with a strong technical foundation, he has led critical assignments covering business development, project management, interface coordination, track works, procurement, design review, and contract administration for major national rail programs.
Prior to joining i2R, Mr. Sarma held senior leadership roles with Egis and Indian Railways, serving as Senior Track Expert, Interface Expert, Project Coordinator, and Head of Rail Division. At i2R, he leads the Rail division, bringing deep expertise in interface management, systems integration, risk management, and cross-functional coordination to support rail owners, contractors, and developers in delivering complex metro and railway projects efficiently and reliably.
Dr. Pattabhiram Yegulla
CEO, Druta Designs
Dr. Pattabhiram is a senior transportation and highway engineering professional with over 30 years of experience spanning detailed design, project management, and construction supervision across India, the Middle East, and Africa. His expertise covers expressways, national highways, tunnels, marine structures, drainage systems, and large-scale multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
He has held key technical and leadership roles including Design Director, Team Leader, Senior Highway Engineer, and Area Design Manager for government authorities, international consultants, and major concessionaires. His portfolio includes landmark assignments such as the Ganga Expressway DPR (1,047 km), Lusail Expressway, Qatar, multiple packages of the Nagpur–Mumbai Samruddhi Expressway, and several NHAI and state government projects.
